Rob Mullins' Brief Biography
Rob lives, works, and writes in Louisville, Kentucky. He's an
engineer, planner, attorney, and project manager. He has
degrees from the University of Louisville and Vanderbilt University.
In addition to Promise and Betrayal, he has published numerous
technical articles and book chapters on urban planning,
infrastructure development, housing, environmental engineering,
and water resources.
Rob is married with two children. He completed his first novel and
is working on a second.
